Biography of Elda James

Elda S. James is an attorney practicing in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Attorney James has been in practice since 1984. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts. Attorney James’ service to the Haitian community of Boston involves serving on numerous boards and presenting weekly legal education shows on Haitian radio and television.
