Dr. Sicard is a supervisor with Mass. DMR-NRS in Danvers, MA. Dr. Sicard also worked as a Counselor for a Batterer Intervention Program. Mr. Sicard received a B.S. in Biology at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, MA. He studied Surgery and general medicine at Santiago/Dominican Republic Medical School, the Pontifical Catholic University Madre & Maestra and at the Federal University Hospital of Pernambuco, Brazil.

Dr. Sicard completed a neurological surgery residency training at Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paolo, Brazil. He is presenting preparing for the Medical License Exam and for a PhD in the field of Neuro-Pharmacology
